Filmmaker Shaunak Sen’s All That Breathes, the documentary that was nominated at this year’s Oscars, is now available for streaming on JioCinema.

Set against the backdrop of Delhi, the documentary follows two siblings, Mohammad Saud and Nadeem Shehzad, who devote their lives to rescuing and treating injured birds, especially black kites.

"Delighted to report that All That Breathes is finally available in India. Like all HBO films and shows, it's on Jio. Please spread the word!" Shaunak posted on Instagram.

All That Breathes won the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Documentary at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival and the Golden Eye award for the best documentary at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.  The documentary was also nominated at Oscars this year under in the Best Documentary Feature category alongside All the Beauty and the Bloodshed, Navalny, Fire of Love, and A House Made of Splinters. However, All That Breathes lost the award to Navalny.

"The 94-minute documentary, while reflecting on the selfless and determined mission of two siblings--Nadeem, Saud and their assistant Salik-- to rescue and rehabilitate injured birds, also serves as a remarkable reminder that, unlike humans, the air that lets us exist does not clasp on differences," reads CE review of the documentary.
