Director-producer Sudhanshu Saria's Four Line Entertainment has partnered with Kashish Arts Foundation and Lotus Visual Production to produce an LGBTQ+ themed relationship drama titled Taps

Written and directed by Arvind Caulagi, Taps centres on a gay relationship in Mumbai. The film received the KASHISH QDrishti Film Grant as a Winner last year. The grant empowers gay, lesbian and transgender-focused films that are 'diverse and rooted in real-life experiences.'

A jury panel comprising filmmakers Alankrita Shrivastava and Nupur Asthana, editor Apurva Asrani and producers Chhitra Subramaniam and Neeraj Churi picked the winner from around a dozen submissions for the Kashish QDrishti Film Grant 2022.

Sudhanshu Saria says, "Arvind has written a beautiful and sensitive script and we commend KASHISH Arts Foundation and Lotus Visual Productions for awarding it the QDrishti Grand 2022. This is also a fantastic opportunity for Four Line Entertainment to continue supporting queer narratives and help introduce another phenomenal filmmaker to the world."

Arvind Caulagi says, "The news of winning the Kashish QDrishti Film Grant makes me believe that there is value in what I have to say -- that's the best kind of validation. I am extremely thankful to the selection team, the jury and the team at KASHISH who created a safe space heard me and believed in what I had to say. I am also very excited to have Four Line Entertainment come on board as a producer.

Sudhanshu had written and directed the LGBTQ romance Loev in 2015. His next as director is Sanaa, headlined by Radhika Madan.
