Ayushmann Khurrana-Anubhav Sinha's Anek to arrive on Netflix on June 26

The action thriller features the actor as an undercover cop

Anek, director Anubhav Sinha's second collaboration with Ayushmann Khurrana after Article 15, is set to have a digital premiere on Netflix on June 26.

The film, which was released in theatres on May 27, follows the story of an undercover cop set against the geopolitical backdrop of North East India. Backed by Bhushan Kumar, and Anubhav Sinha, Anek marked the return of actor JD Chakravarthy to Hindi cinema after a decade. 

Besides directing and producing the film, Anubhav has also written the story, dialogues, and screenplay (along with Sima Agarwal, Yash Keswani).

Anek also stars Andrea Kevichusa, Manoj Pahwa, and Kumud Mishra in key roles.
