Chitrangda Singh, who made her production debut with Soorma (2018), has bagged the rights to another inspirational real-life story.

Chitrangda will produce a film on Subedar Yogender Yadav, who fought in the Kargil War and is still the youngest recipient (at 19) of the Param Vir Chakra. He is also one of the three living recipients of the Param Vir Chakra and continues to serve in the Indian Army.

"I’m very excited to tell stories of real heroes that are many times forgotten even though they still live amongst us," Chitrangda shares. "We need to glorify their journey. This will be another attempt to do what I tried with Soorma."

The rights of the film are with CS Films co-owned with Deepak Singh.
