The Fame Game: Madhuri Dixit's debut series gets release date

The Fame Game traces the 'hidden truths and painful lies' of a Bollywood star

Madhuri Dixit's debut series The Fame Game (formerly titled Finding Anamika) will premiere on February 25 on Netflix. 

In the series, Madhuri plays Anamika Anand, a Bollywood star. She seemingly has it all but is 'her life perfect or a perfectly crafted facade?' The show takes us through the highs and lows of the actor's life, revealing 'hidden truths and painful lies.'

The Fame Game is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, the digital vertical of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The show is written and created by Sri Rao and directed by Bejoy Nambiar and Karishma Kohli. 

Besides Madhuri, the cast features Sanjay Kapoor, Manav Kaul, Lakshvir Saran, Suhasini Muley and Muskkaan Jaferi. Sanjay and Madhuri were co-stars in the 1995 hit, Raja. They also worked together in Mohabbat two years later.
