Amit Mishra has voiced the 'Sakht Jaan' song in Kabir Khan's 83. The triumphant, rock-heavy number is composed by Pritam with lyrics by Jaideep Sahni. It has clocked over 11 million views on YouTube.

"For 'Sakht Jaan', I was briefed that it’s a full live concert-style song," Amit, a Pritam regular, shares. "Our composer insisted I must get every pronunciation correct. I worked hard on my diction as I’ve sung it in multiple languages."

Amit has delivered popular tracks like 'Bulleya', 'Manma Emotional' and 'Allah Duhai Hai' (Race 3 version) in the past. The Lucknow-born singer is delighted that Sakht Jaan is being played widely. "I’m happy that people have accepted this song as they’re sending and tagging me in their workout videos."

He credits the song's power to Jaideep's lyrics. "Every single line gave me goosebumps when I recorded it. It has the potential to become one of the best motivational and inspirational songs."

The Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada versions of Sakht Jaan are streaming online. The song will also be available in Telugu and Malayalam.
