We earlier reported that the Ranveer Singh-Rohit Shetty film, Cirkus will release on December 23. And the recently released trailer took the audience by surprise as it featured Deepika Padukone dancing to a special number with Ranveer Singh.

A few weeks before the release, the makers announced that the song, Current Laga Re, featuring Ranveer, his wife and actor Deepika, will be out on Thursday.

Billed a comedy entertainer, the film is set in the backdrop of a circus in Ooty. It is an official adaptation of the 1982 film Angoor which was based on Shakespeare's play The Comedy of Errors.

According to the trailer, the film has Ranveer playing the role of a Circus artist and seems to have a condition of generating current. While Ranveer and Varun Sharma seem to be essaying double roles, Cirkus also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Mukesh Tiwari, among others.
