Amazon Prime Video has greenlit another season of Breathe: Into The Shadows. Directed by Mayank Sharma, the sequel will see the return of Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh, Nithya Menen, and Saiyami Kher. They will be joined by Naveen Kasturia in the new season.

"Given the popularity and sheer anticipation around Breathe: Into The Shadows, a new season was imminent. As the plot intensifies and new characters infuse raw energy into the narrative, the stakes and the thrill go higher this season," said Aparna Purohit, Head of Originals, Prime Video India.

Breathe: Into The Shadows is created and produced by Abundantia Entertainment. The new season has commenced production in New Delhi and Mumbai. It will launch on Amazon Prime Video in 2022.

Released in 2018, Breathe's debut season starred R Madhavan and Amit Sadh. The psychological thriller series was renewed as Breathe: Into The Shadows in 2020, with Abhishek Bachchan headlining the cast alongside Amit.
