Amit Sadh’s short film Ek Jhalak to stream on Amazon miniTV

Amit Sadh starrer short film Ek Jhalak will stream on Amazon miniTV from September 1. The short, a light-hearted modern romance, is written and directed by Deepmala. It features Amit alongside Sushma Seth and Ashish Ghosh, with Zeeshan Ayyub doing the narration.

Set in an Indian suburb, Ek Jhalak follows a single father who becomes fond of his new neighbour. The film won a Special Mention at the 10th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival and picked up two awards at The Tagore International Film Festival.

Speaking about the launch, Amit Sadh said, “Ek Jhalak is an interesting approach to romance, with a surprise twist, and I cannot wait to see how viewers receive it.”

Deepmala, who is also the founder of The Visual House, the production company of Ek Jhalak, said, "I am really looking forward to the launch of Ek Jhalak on Amazon miniTV.
