Killers Of The Flower Moon actor Lily Gladstone is set to star in the upcoming supernatural horror-western The Curse of Silver. She will be joined by Kiowa Gordon (Dark Winds), who is also co-directing the film with Geoff Marslett.

Set during the aftermath of the American Civil War on the Texas-Mexico border, the film revolves around two Union deserters who bring a cursed chest of Confederate silver into a besieged town. Little do they know that they will unwittingly unleash supernatural violence. Marslett, who is directing the film from a screenplay by Geoff Marslett and Rafael A Ruiz, is known for helming Quantum Cowboys, Mars, and Loves Her Gun.

Gladstone's In Memoriam premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. She will star opposite Michael B Jordan in The Thomas Crown Affair and in Lone Wolf. Gordon recently wrapped the fifth season of Dark Winds. Liz Cardenas and Ram Getz are producing the film, with Gladstone, Gordon, and Michael Mortensen serving as executive producers.
