Actor Kevin Spacey has faced multiple sexual assault and harassment allegations. According to reports, the actor has agreed to settle a case where three men alleged that he sexually assaulted them. The settlement has frozen the case, which was set to go to trial in London this year.

Ruari Cannon, an accuser, has relinquished his right for anonymity in the case and settled with Old Vic Theater in relation to the claims against Spacey. For the uninitiated, Spacey served as an Old Vic Theater artistic director when Cannon alleges that the actor groped him during a party. In 2024, Cannon participated in a documentary titled Spacey Unmasked on Channel 4 and HBO. The two other men, who have claimed their right to remain anonymous, have claimed that Spacey sexually assaulted them.

Kevin Spacey has denied these accusations of wrongdoing at all times. A London trial from 2023 saw the actor getting cleared of as many as nine charges, which included sexual assault, concerned four men, and were allegedly committed by him between the years 2001 and 2013. Two of those who named the Academy Award winner during the said trial filed civil cases as well at the London High Court, reported BBC News.

Meanwhile, Spacey continues to bring his career back on track after the trial in 2023, with starring roles, directorial ventures, and public appearances at festivals. In 2025, the actor revealed that he did not have a home per se and residing in Aibnb locations and hotels while he worked in lounge music in Cyprus.

The actor was found not legally responsible in an American civil case following sexual molestation allegations by Anthony Rapp, also an actor.
