Nicolas Cage will lead the cast of the action thriller Best Pancakes In The County. Justin Long and Shelley Hennig also join the cast of the film, reported Deadline.

Best Pancakes In The County, which is written and directed by Ken Sanzel, is set during one night at a diner, in a small town, which serves the best pancakes in the county. The diner becomes the stage for a standoff between a con man with a hidden past, a waitress with secrets of her own, and authorities of the US government.

Sanzel reunites with Cage in Best Pancakes In The County, after 2019's Kill Chain. The upcoming film is backed by Beno Films, Caliwood Pictures, and Fortitude International.

Cage will next reprise his role as Ben Reilly/Spider-Noir in the next instalment in the Spider-Verse franchise, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, and in the standalone series Spider-Noir, which is backed by Prime Video.
