The fifth and final season of the hit HBO drama Industry has begin production, the makers announce. The season stars Zosia Mamet, alongside the returning actors Marisa Abela and Myha'la.

This February, HBO renewed the financial drama for the fifth season days before the finale of the fourth came out.

The fifth season will be particularly exciting to see how the changed dynamics between friends Harper (Myha'la) and Yasmin (Abela). The fourth season witnessed a seismic shift in their bond as Harper realises Yasmin's avarice for wealth.

The rest of the cast includes Kit Harington, Ken Leung, Sagar Radia, Mariam Petche, and Toheeb Jimoh, among others. The series is created and written by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay. Bad Wolf production is backing the series for HBO.

The eight-episode series started in 2020, followed by consecutive seasons every two years in 2022, 2024, and 2026. The fifth season is set to get a release either at the end of 2027 or 2028, with no official word from the makers.
