After Spider-Man: Brand New Day, actor Sadie Sink is set to reunite with Marvel Studios for their next Avengers film, according to a revelation by her Romeo and Juliet co-star Noah Jupe in a recent Deadline interview. Jupe, who stars with Sink in a stage production of the aforementioned William Shakespeare play, revealed that the Stranger Things star will be part of "the next Avengers film." Netizens speculate that she plays Mayday Parker, who is Peter Parker's (Tom Holland) daughter, in the upcoming instalment in the Spider-Man franchise. Jupe disclosed that he does not know the specifics of her role in the Tom Holland-Zendaya starrer. However, the actor said, "I do know that she’ll join the cast of the next Avengers picture that shoots here in London later in 2026." However, the producer of the film, directed by the Russo Brothers, is yet to confirm Sink's casting in it.
Earlier, we reported about the Russo Brothers coming back to direct two more films in the superhero franchise: Avengers: Doomsday, which is slated for a 2026 release, and Avengers: Secret Wars, which is set for a 2027 release. While Jupe did not name the specific film where Sink will feature, reports claim that it is Avengers: Doomsday. As reported earlier, Avengers: Doomsday brings back franchise veteran Robert Downey Jr not as Iron Man but rather in the role of Doctor Doom. The star-studded ensemble cast for Avengers: Doomsday also includes Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby, among others.
Meanwhile, Sadie Sink is reprising her role as Maxine "Max" Mayfield in Stranger Things season 5, which is set to release later this year on Netflix.
