Michael Cera's directorial debut Love is Not the Answer has added to its cast. Pamela Anderson, Jamie Dornan, Steve Coogan, and Fred Hechinger have joined the cast, reports Variety.

While the story of the film has not been revealed yet, it is being described as an absurdist comedy that oscillates between humour and heartbreak as it explores loneliness and the search for connection.

Pamela Anderson was recently seen in Gia Coppola's The Last Showgirl and will next be seen in The Naked Gun, Rosebrush Pruning, and Place to Be. Jamie Dornan is known for films like The Siege of Jadotville, Fifty Shades of Grey, and Kenneth Branagh's Belfast. Steve Coogan was nominated for an Oscar for Best Screenplay for Philomena. Fred Hechinger starred as Caracella in Ridley Scott's Gladiator II.
