As the release date for You's final season gets closer, Netflix released a trailer for the entire series recently. The series which premiered in 2019 is based upon Caroline Kepnes's series of novels.
The series follows the story of a bookshop manager named Joe Goldberg, who develops an obsession over the women he is infatuated with and resorts to stalking and watching their every action. Over the seasons he moves from New York to Los Angeles, California, and London. He moves back to New York in season five.
The cast for season five of You alongside Badgley are Charlotte Ritchie as Kate Lockwood, Madeline Brewer as Bronte, Griffin Matthews as Teddy Lockwood, Anna Camp as Raegan and Maddie Lockwood, Natasha Behnam as Dominique, Pete Ploszek as Harrison, Tom Francis as Clayton, and Nava Mau as Detective Marquez.
You is developed by Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti. Micheal Foley and Justin W Lo are the showrunners for season five. They serve as executive producers alongside Gamble, Berlanti, Leslie Morgenstein, Lee Toland Krieger, Marcos Siega, Gina Girolamo, Niel Reynolds, and Sarah Schechter.
The fifth and final season of You premieres on Netflix on April 24.
