Victor Fankl's Man's Search for Meaning, which is being adapted into a film, has a new writer, reports Deadline. JS Mayank has joined Lesley Paterson after her former writing partner and husband passed away.

Man's Search for Meaning, was written by Victor Frankl as an account of his experiences in a concentration camp. Frankl an Austrian neurologist and psychotherapist, through this book, exemplified his principles of logotherapy. Logotherapy was a school of psychotherapy founded by Frankl.

Previously Paterson was writing this film with her writing partner and husband, Simon Marshall, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He passed away in June of last year.

The project is produced by Kate Cohen, Alexander Vesely, and Tony Robbins. Lesley Paterson is a former Scottish triathlete, who is well known for co-writing All Quiet on the Western Front with Edward Berger. She was nominated for an Oscar and won a BAFTA for Best Adapted Screenplay for her work in the film.
