Brad Pitt reveals what The Adventures of Cliff Booth would be

His upcoming film, F1, releases in theatres on June 27

Actor Brad Pitt, who gears up for the release of his upcoming film, F1, reveals that his next with David Fincher is not a sequel to Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

During a promotional event of F1, Brad Pitt explains that The Adventures of Cliff Booth will be an episode in the character's life and not a sequel. He mentions, "This is something Quentin Tarantino wrote. He didn't want to direct it at this time, so our friend David Fincher stepped in."

Cliff Booth, portrayed by Pitt in Tarantino's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, who was a stuntman for Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), a star who is struggling to maintain his relevance. The film also starred Margot Robbie as yesteryear actress Sharon Tate.

The upcoming Netflix film also stars Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Elizabeth Debicki, and Scott Caan.

Meanwhile, Pitt's F1, directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Ehren Kruger, includes a cast featuring Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, Simone Ashley, and Samson Kayo. The film is set to release worldwide in theatres on June 27.
