Actor Lara Wolf, who recently starred in the Peacock series Those About to Die, has joined the star cast of the upcoming action thriller Hotel Tehran, directed by Guy Moshe which has Liam Neeson and Zachary Levi leading the film.

According to the makers, the actor will portray Maryam, an intelligent, brave, and empathetic woman who remains deeply humane despite her suffering.

Maryam is the daughter of renowned dissident Fariba Rajevi and works as a journalist and photographer advocating for women's rights. For the last five years, she has endured horrific abuse in an Iranian prison.

Levi stars as Tucker, the head of a band of battle-scarred, disgraced former CIA agents, leading them deep into Tehran in pursuit of a mission that could change their lives forever.

Guy Moshe has written the script along with Mark Bacci. The idea stemmed from Bazzel Baz, who had previously worked as a CIA special operations group officer.
