Eyes of Wakanda trailer: Surprising characters are teased in the limited series; new release date revealed

Eyes of Wakanda is the latest project from Marvel, based on the world of Black Panther, created by Ryan Coogler, with the recent entry being Ironheart

Eyes of Wakanda trailer: The first trailer for Marvel's upcoming limited series, Eyes of Wakanda, has been released online recently. The series which was initially set to release on August 28, is now releasing all four of its episodes on August 1.

Eyes of Wakanda will follow the adventures of elite Wakandan warriors, called the Hatut Zaraze, in their global quest to retrieve Vibranium artefacts from the enemies of Wakanda. Covering some of the 3000 year old history of Wakanda, the trailer reveals the appearance of Iron Fist, a superhero in the Marvel ethos, last appearing in Marvel's Iron Fist. Of the events of history, the Trojan Horse is one such event, which will involve the warriors of Wakanda.

The cast of Eyes of Wakanda includes Winnie Harlow, Cress Williams, Patricia Belcher, Larry Herron, Adam Gold, Lynn Whitfield, Jacques Colimon, Jona Xiao, Isaac Robinson-Smith, Gary Anthony Williams, Zeke Alton, Steve Toussaint, and Anika Noni Rose.

Ryan Coogler, who directed Black Panther (2018) and its sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, serves as an executive producer on the series. With him Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, Kalia King, Todd Harris, and Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt serve as executive producers. Harris also serves as the director on the series.
