The world of Apple TV+'s Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, is gaining a friendly neighbourhood cast member, as Jake Johnson is joining the cast of the series. The series will be lead by Tatiana Maslany, who is known for her role as Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk, in the Marvel series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

The story of the series follows a newly divorced mother, who is entangled into the dangerous world of murder, blackmail, and youth football. According to Deadline, Maslany will play the role of Paula, the newly divorced mother, with Jake as Karl, Paula's ex-husband.

The series is created by David J Rosen, wo also serves as the showrunner and a writer for the series. He serves as an executive producer with David Gordon, Simon Kinberg, Bard Dorros, and Audrey Chon. The series is backed by Counterpart Studios, Genre Films, and Anonymous Content.
