Julia Roberts' film with Call Me By Your Name-fame Luca Guadagnino, After The Hunt, is all set for limited release by Amazon MGM on October 10. Also starring Ayo Edebiri and Andrew Garfield, the film will have an expanded release the following week, on October 17.

Chloë Sevigny and Michael Stuhlbarg round out the cast of After The Hunt. Guadagnino is directing the film from a screenplay by Nora Garrett. Guadagnino is also producing it alongside Brian Grazer and Allan Mandelbaum of the banner Imagine Entertainment.

After the Hunt revolves around Julia Roberts' college professor character facing a challenging decision concerning her dark past after a top-performing student (Edebiri) raises an allegation against one of her coworkers (Garfield).

Guadagnino reunited with Amazon MGM Studios after working together on Challengers starring Zendaya in the lead. He has previously worked with the production house on films like Bones and All and Suspiria. The director comes fresh from the success of the Daniel Craig-Drew Starkey film, Queer. The 1950s-set love story follows Daniel Craig as an American expat in Mexico City who becomes infatuated with a much younger man, and it recently premiered on Mubi after its theatrical run.

After The Hunt will hit theatres alongside the Blumhouse thriller The Black Phone 2 starring Ethan Hawke, as well as Lionsgate's Good Fortune headlined by Aziz Ansari, Keanu Reeves and Seth Rogen.
