The makers of the Paramount+ series Mayor of Kingstown announced new cast announcements for the fourth season on Friday.

Accordingly, Edie Falco, Lennie James and Laura Benanti will be Jeremy Renner for this season. The rest of the star cast includes Hugh Dillon, Tobi Bamtefa, Taylor Handley, Derek Webster, and Nichole Galicia, among others. Falco, known for The Sopranos, will be playing Nina Hobbs, Anchor Bay's new prison warden; James will be seen playing Frank Moses, who is described as Detroit's respected gangster; and Benanti will play Kingstown's new correctional officer, Cindy Stephens.

The series that tackles themes such as systemic racism, inequality and corruption revolves around the McLusky family, power brokers in Kingstown, where imprisoning people is the most lucrative industry. The family strives to bring order and justice to the town, which is completely antithetical to the idea.

Dillon co-created the series with Taylor Sheridan, with Dave Erickson serving as the showrunner, while the three serve as executive producers. Mayor of Kingstown is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions.
