Stranger Things finale trailer: Netflix has unveiled the trailer for the series finale of Stranger Things. The series finale is set to premiere on Netflix at 06.30 am on January 1, with a runtime of two hours and five minutes.

Speaking to Netflix about the last episode of Volume 2, creator Ross Duffer, "There’s a look and a moment between Eleven and Kali where it seems as though Eleven has agreed to Kali’s plan to stay in the Upside Down when it explodes. So, even if they are to succeed, there’s a big question mark in terms of what’s going to happen to Eleven.”

Meanwhile co-creator Matt Duffer, said, "We were able in Episode 7 to sort of lay it all out before we hit it into the finale. By the time you get to Episode 8, we don’t have to spend any time talking. We’re able to jump right into it."

The second volume of season 5, which was released on December 26, showed the gang entering the Upside Down, which was revealed as a wormhole, to battle with Vecna. The fate of the real world and the Upside Down hangs in the balance of a huge risk that the gang will take.
