The makers of Bradley Cooper's upcoming film Is This Thing On? released a teaser for the film recently. Is This Thing On? will be Bradley Cooper's third directorial after A Star is Born (2018) and Maestro (2023).

Cooper has also written the screenplay for the film alongside Mark Chappell and the film's lead, Will Arnett. Cooper and Arnett are producing the film alongside Weston Middleton, and Kris Thykier. Searchlight Pictures is the banner backing the film.

The cast for Is This Thing On? includes Laura Dern, Andra Day, Amy Sedaris, Sean Hayes, Christine Ebersole, Ciaran Hinds, and Scott Icenogle. The film is set to have its premiere at the New York Film Festival.

The story of the film centres on Alex (Will Arnett), whose marriage with Tess (Laura Dern) is unraveling. He faces the impending divorce and middle age, as he finds new purpose in performing comedy in New York. Meanwhile, Tess also confronts the sacrifices she has made for her family.
