Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming limited series, Black Rabbit. The thriller stars Jude Law and Jason Bateman in the lead, with Bateman also serving as a director. The series will start streaming on the platform from September 18.
Bateman will have a reunion of sorts with his Ozark co-star Laura Linney, as she will also serve as a director on the series. Justin Kurzel, who has directed Macbeth (2016) and True History of the Kelly Gang (2019), and Ben Semanoff will also serve as directors. Zach Baylin and Kate Susman created Black Rabbit, and will serve as executive producers along with Law, Bateman, David Bernon, Michael Costigan, Zac Frognowski, Andrew Hinderaker, Ben Jackson, Erica Kay, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, and Justin Levy. Youngblood Pictures, Aggregate Films, and Riff Raff Entertainment are backing the series.
The cast for the series also includes Oscar winner Troy Kotsur, Cleopatra Coleman, Amaka Okafor, Sope Dirisu, Abbey Lee, Chris Coy, Dagmara Dominczyk, Forrest Weber, Odessa Young and Robin De Jesus.
Jake Friedkin (Law) is the owner of the Black Rabbit restaurant in New York, and is dragged into solving his brother's, Vince (Bateman), problems as they plague him.
