First look images from Mike Flanagan-Tom Hiddleston's The Life of Chuck out

A release date for the film has not been revealed yet, but it will premiere at TIFF - Toronto International Film Festival from September 5 to September 15

The first look images from Mike Flanagan's upcoming film The Life of Chuck, starring Tom Hiddleston in the lead role as Charles Krantz, has been released by the Vanity Fair.

The Life of Chuck is an adaptation of Stephen King’s one of the three interconnected stories of the author's anthology If It Bleeds. Besides Tom Hiddleston, the film also stars Mark Hamill, Chiwetel Ejiodar, Karen Gillan, Matthew Lillard, Harvey Guillén and Jacob Tremblay, Kate Siegel, Rahul Kohli, David Dastmalchian and Lauren LaVera.

The story starts with his death from a brain tumor at the age of 39, and works backwards toward his childhood as an orphan living in a seemingly haunted house.

Mike Flanagan will also be producing the film via his Red Room Pictures banner along with Trevor Macy under Intrepid Pictures. A release date for the film has not been revealed yet, but it will premiere at TIFF - Toronto International Film Festival from September 5 to September 15.
