Natalie Morales, popular for Dead to Me and The Morning Show, is set to reprise her role in the medical show Grey’s Anatomy's season 21. Morales made her debut in the earlier season of Grey’s Anatomy as paediatric surgeon Dr Monica Beltran at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

As per a Variety report, Morales is certain to feature in episode two of the upcoming season of the show, created by Shonda Rhimes, and six more episodes, and it is up to her whether or not to appear in further episodes.

The makers describe her character as "a paediatric surgeon who is at the top of her game and knows it. She’s beloved in her field for her great pragmatism and level-headedness, and she has a savvy bedside manner with both her little patients as well as their parents. But Dr. Beltran doesn’t always see eye to eye with her colleagues and will let nothing get in the way of helping her kids."
