Amid speculations about the release of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things on Netflix, the streamer has dropped a title tease video that carries the name of all eight episodes.

The video confirms that the last season of Stranger Things will begin streaming in 2025, without giving out a specific month or date. The episode titles shown in the glimpse are The Crawl, The Vanishing Of...., The Turnbow Trap, Sorcerer, Shock Jock, Escape from Camazotz, The Bridge and The Rightside Up.

The particular episode titles that evoked the interest and curiosity of the fans are The Vanishing Of... as it gives a recall to the series premiere, The Vanishing of Will Byers. The title reveal spawned fan theories that suggested Holly Wheeler would be the new abductee. The other title is that of the season finale, The Rightside Up, which is the reverse of season one finale episode, The Upside Down, the name of a phantasmagoric alternate dimension.

The title tease also revealed that Stranger Things 5 will unfold during the fall of 1987, four years after the events of season one.

The ensemble cast includes Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Jamie Campbell Bower, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp and Maya Hawke, among others.

While the makers did reveal that Hawkins will fall in season 5 and suggested that a bigger evil is at play, the plot and details regarding the story have not been disclosed. A release date is also yet to be announced.
