Actor Andrea Riseborough will produce and play the lead role in the biopic of film editor and stylist Isabella Blow, titled - The Queen of Fashion.

British director, writer, and producer Alex Marx will mark his feature debut with the film.

In addition to Riseborough, the film will also star Emilia Clarke as Daphne Guinness, Fionn O'Shea as Philip Treacy, Hayley Atwell as Alexandra Schulman, and Richard E Grant will play Blow's father Evelyn Delves Broughton.

The Queen of Fashion chronicles the life of Isabella Blow, her thicks and thins, her success in the fashion industry while battling against undiagnosed bipolar disorder. Blow was instrumental in bringing marginalised fashion figures such as Alexander McQueen, Sophie Dahl, and Philip Treacy to the fore.

The film is produced by Matthew Rhodes, Elise Freeman, and Andrea Riseborough under the banners The Hideaway Entertainment, Mystic Dawn Media, and Mother Sucker respectively. They are also joined by Robert Ogden and Catrin Lewis Defis. Besides, Alison Owen, Jonathan Gray, Ryan Cassells, Claire Taylor, Thorsten Schumacher, and Jason Tan executive produce the film.

Cinematographer Stephen Goldblatt and music composer Laura Mvula are part of the biopic's technical team.
