Actors Greta Lee and Kingsley Ben-Adir are in talks to stars in a sci-fi horror film, 11817. The upcoming film will be directed by Louis Leterrier.

Written by Matthew Robinson, 11817 follows a family of four trapped by inexplicable forces. As the essentials to sustain life run out, the family must learn how to survive and outsmart the encapsulator. 

The producers of the film are Louis Leterrier, Thomas Benski, and Omar Sy, under the banner Carrousel Studios. Also producing are Lars Sylvest for Thank You Studios, Kori Adelson for Chernin Entertainment, Oly Obst of 3 Arts Entertainment, Thorsten Schumacher for Rocket Science and Joe Neurauter. 

Lee, who is best known for her performance in Past Lives, is currently in production as the female lead in the upcoming Tron: Ares alongside Gillian Anderson, Evan Peters, Cameron Monaghan, Jared Leto and Jeff Bridges. On the other hand, Ben-Adir, best known for Bob Marley: One Love, has other feature credits, including One Night In Miami, Secret Invasion, and The OA, among others.
