"I'll be back" for FUBAR season 2, says Arnold Schwarzenegger post pacemaker surgery

Thanking his well-wishers after his recent pacemaker surgery, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger shared on X that he would start filming for the second season of FUBAR this April.

"Thank you! I’ve gotten so many kind messages from all over the world, but a lot of people have asked if my pacemaker will cause any problems with FUBAR Season 2. Absolutely not. I will be ready to film in April, and you can only see it if you’re really looking for it," wrote Schwarzenegger as the caption for the post.

To paraphrase his famous line from Terminator, of course, he will be back for FUBAR season 2! True to form, the actor also shared a photograph with a device that resembles an alarm clock on his chest, representing the pacemaker. He first shared that he underwent the surgery in a recent Arnold’s Pump Club episode, while adding that it let him be “a little bit more of a machine."

Schwarzenegger plays an about-to-retire CIA operative in FUBAR, which marked his web series debut as an actor. It revolves around his Luke Brunner, who learns about a once-confidential family matter as he comes back into action for one final job. The first season of FUBAR from creator-showrunner Nick Santora was released last May, and it was renewed the very next month with Schwarzenegger set to reprise his role.
