Also backed by Sydney Sweeney, the film is helmed by Michael Mohan

CE Features

A new poster from Sydney Sweeney's psychological horror film Immaculate was unveiled recently. The film is helmed by Michael Mohan and is written by Andrew Lobel. Sweeney and Mohan have previously together on The Voyeurs and Everything Sucks.

The upcoming feature will have Sydney play the role of Cecilia, a young woman who is offered a position at an Italian convent. Although everything seems nice and welcoming at the beginning and seems satisfied with her role, Cecilia learns soon that the convent has some horrifying secrets buried within it.

Immaculate also stars Dora Romano, Giorgio Colangeli, Simona Tabasco, Benedetta Porcaroli and Giampiero Judica. Sweeney has also backed Immaculate along with Jonathan Davino, Teddy Schwarzman and Michael Heimler. Christopher Casanova, John Friedberg and Will Greenfield serve as executive producers.

Immaculate is all set to hit theatres on March 22.
