After Gabriel Basso and Jared Harris, Greta Lee has been added to the cast of Kathryn Bigelow's upcoming film for Netflix. Idris Elba and Rebecca Ferguson are all set to headline the Academy Award-winning director's film.

The title plot details as well as details regarding the characters played by the actors, are kept under wraps. However, reports suggest that the plot is set to centre at the White House as a national crisis unfolds.

This film marks Bigelow's first feature for Netflix since the acclaimed 2017 thriller Detroit. Bigelow is a powerhouse director, known for award-winning films like Zero Dark Thirty and The Hurt Locker.

Meanwhile, Lee is coming fresh off the fame from Past Lives and three voice roles, namely in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Strays and The Tiger's Apprentice. She also recently reprised her role as Stella Bak in Apple's The Morning Show. Coming up, she has Joachim Rønning's Tron: Ares, in which she will be seen opposite Jared Leto.
