The Captain Marvel actor Jude Law has revealed that he once "flirted" with the idea of playing Superman.

He was supposed to play the lead in Superman: Flyby, penned by JJ Abrams.

In his interview with The Playlist, Law said that he did not sell himself to himself, even when he wore the Superman suit.

He said people were trying to convince him that he had played Yon-Rogg and Albus Dumbledore and that he could pull this off. Law added, "I always resisted because it felt off," thinking it was a step too far. He further said he didn't remember reading the script of the film and didn't even know if it was there.
