Ayden Mayeri joins Steph Curry-headlined Peacock comedy

The yet-to-be-titled series also stars Adam Pally in the lead

Ayden Mayeri, known for I Love That For You, has joined the cast of the upcoming Peacock comedy series, headlined by Steph Curry and Adam Pally.

According to the official description, the yet-to-be-titled series follows, "Danny (Pally), a down-on-his-luck memorabilia dealer who looks for redemption by reuniting with his sixth-grade teammate, NBA legend Steph Curry.” In the series, Mayeri will feature as Danny's ex-wife, Samantha.

The comedy series is backed by Curry's Unanimous Media Banner. David Caspe, Matthew Libman, and Daniel Libman are the writers of the series, and they are also executive producers, alongside Curry, Pally, Erick Peyton, and David Wain, who will also direct all six episodes.

Other popular TV credits of Mayeri include New Girl, Grace and Frankie and Into the Dark, while some notable film credits are Spin Me Round, Alex Strangelove and Before You Know It. She currently has Megan Stalter's Cora Bora and Paul Feig's Jackpot in the pipeline.
