Actors Michael Madsen, Jaime King and Michael Milligan have onboarded the dramatic thriller Blood Behind Us, opposite Tanner Beard.

Madsen's credits include Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Reservoir Dogs, Final Wager, South of Hope Street and Outlaw Johnny Black. Jaime King has starred in films like Sin City, My Bloody Valentine, Lights Out, and The Resurrection of Charles Manson; while Michael Milligan has appeared in Fluxx and Desperation Road.

The trio will join the supporting cast of Ramsey Krull, Katie Leclerc, Russell Quinn, Wally Welch, and Brook Sill.

The story revolves around a former US Army Ranger, Johnny Philobosian (Beard), who joins the motorcycle gang following his service in the Afghanistan War. This decision warps him into a life of crime and addiction and he subsequently frees himself from the gang and brings the organisation down.

The indie film shot primarily in Texas is directed by Brendam Gabriel Murphy and Shaun Hart; Keyaunte Mayfield, Murphy and Hart serve as co-writers. Blood Behind Us is backed by Lane Cheek, Tomik Mansoori, Murphy and James King under the banners Silver Sail Entertainment, Altered State Entertainment, Privateer Entertainment and Hooligan Dreamers. Xander McCabe and Kieran Murphy serve as the co-producers.
