Netflix's upcoming rom-com, The Wrong Paris, is all set to star Miranda Cosgrove and Pierson Fode in lead roles. The film comes from Janeen Damian, who previously helmed Lindsay Lohan's Irish Wish for the streamer.

In The Wrong Paris, Dawn (Cosgrove) schemes her way onto a reality dating show to get to Paris for an art opportunity but discovers the show is actually filmed in Paris, Texas, as a ratings ploy. To salvage her art dreams, Dawn tries to get eliminated from the show, but things get complicated when she starts developing real feelings for the show's charming bachelor, Trey (Fode).

The Wrong Paris is produced by Brad Krevoy of MPCA and Michael Damian, with executive producers including Janeen Damian, Amanda Phillips, Jimmy Townsend, Kelly Fraizer, and Galen Fletcher, who are all contributing to the project's development and success.

Last seen in Netflix's Mother of the Bride, Miranda Cosgrove also reprised her voice role in Despicable 4. She currently has an untitled Noah Baumbach film and Kinda Pregnant in the pipeline. Fode, on the other hand, was last seen in Based on a True Story. He has Swiped and 72 Hours in various stages of production.
