Netflix dropped the first official trailer for His Three Daughters, written and directed by Azazel Jacobs. The film stars Elizabeth Olsen, Carrie Coon, and Natasha Lyonne as three estranged siblings who come back together to care for their father as his health starts to decline. The film is billed as a drama that offers an exploration of relationship dynamics among the members of a family.

His Three Daughters premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, where it gained such good word of mouth that contributed to Netflix acquiring its distribution rights immediately and a premature award buzz for its principal cast. The ensemble cast also includes Jovan Adepo and Jay O Sanders.

Director Jacobs has also edited and co-produced the film.

His Three Daughters is slated to release in a limited number of theatres on September 6,  followed by a wider release on Netflix on September 20.
