Disney+ Hotstar announced the release date of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, the fourth instalment in the Planet of the Apes reboot franchise, earlier today. The Hollywood film will release on August 2 on the streaming platform with dubs in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Wes Ball directed the film, starring Lydia Peckham, Owen Teague, Kevin Durand, William H Macy, Eka Darville, and Freya Allan. Set 300 years after War for the Planet of the Apes, the film tells the story of how Noa (Teague) protects his clan and the planet from Proximus Caesar (Durand), an antagonist with a sinister understanding of Caesar's values.
