On Friday, Marvel Studios released the teaser for the upcoming film Captain America: Brave New World, expected to hit the screens on February 14, 2025.

The film will see Anthony Mackie return as Sam Wilson, following the Disney+Hotstar miniseries The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The film also marks Harrison Ford's debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), as he plays the role of Thaddeus Ross/Red Hulk, the newly-elected president of the United States. This role was previously played by the late William Hurt, until his death in 2022 (there is a line in the teaser that potentially references this when Sam remarks about Ross' new look).

Director Julius Onah, who is best known for films like The Cloverfield Paradox, will be helming the project, based on a script by Malcom Spellman and Dalan Musson (both of whom wrote The Falcon and the Winter Soldier). Matthew Orton, who was one of the writers for Moon Knight, is also acting as an additional scriptwriter for the film.
