Zoë Kravitz in talks to join Austin Butler in Darren Aronofsky's Caught Stealing

Actor Zoë Kravitz is in talks to join the cast of the upcoming film Caught Stealing, directed by Darren Aronofsky. Touted to be a crime thriller, the film, which is based on the book by Charlie Huston, also stars Austin Butler in the lead role.

The story, as per the logline, follows Hank Thompson, a burned-out former baseball player, who’s unwittingly plunged into a wild fight for survival in the downtown criminal underworld of 1990s New York City. Details on Kravitz's role has not been disclosed.

Aronofsky’s Protozoa Pictures, is producing the film, alongside his partner Ari Handel. They have worked together previously in Aronofsky's π, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler, Black Swan, Noah, Mother! and The Whale.

Kravitz had recently played Selina Kyle aka Catwoman opposite Robert Pattinson in The Batman. She is also working on her directorial debut Blink Twice, starring her fiancé, Channing Tatum which is releasing next month on August 23.
