Recently, we reported that LaKeith Stanfield has joined the cast of Mark Wahlberg's upcoming crime thriller Play Dirty. The latest update is that Rosa Salazar has been added to the cast as the female lead. The film, which comes from Amazon MGM Studios, is helmed by Shane Black.

Play Dirty is an adaptation of the Parker novels by Donald E Westlake. Wahlberg will be seen as an inured pro thief who is stabbed in the back and left for dead. As he plans revenge, the plan coincidentally also happens to be the biggest heist of his time. However, he is tasked with outsmarting a South American dictator, the New York mob and the world’s richest man if he hopes to stay alive, although he has the help of his accomplice, an actor-slash-con artist Grofield (Stanfield).

The details of Salazar's role are kept under wraps. Charles Mondry and Anthony Bagarozzi have co-written the script along with Shane Black. The producers are Jules Daly and Marc Toberoff.
