Dakota Fanning, known for her roles in the thriller series Ripley, and The Bear-fame Abby Elliot have boarded the cast of All Her Fault, an upcoming series set at Peacock. The series, based on a best-selling novel of the same name by Andrea Mara, is headlined by Sarah Snook.

While Fanning plays Jenny, Elliot will essay the role of Lia. As previously announced, Snook takes on the role of Marissa Irvine. Touted to be a "suburban-thriller series", the cast also stars Jake Lacy, Sophia Lillis and Michael Peña in pivotal roles as Peter, Carrie and Detective McConville respectively.

All Her Fault revolves around Marissa Irvine who experiences every parent's worst nightmare when she goes to pick up her son Milo from his first playdate. However, the woman who answers the door is unfamiliar and doesn't have Milo. The series is set to go on floors soon in Australia.

Megan Gallagher serves as the writer and creator of All Her Fault while also executive producing it with Snook. Minkie Spiro will direct multiple episodes, including the premiere, and join as an executive producer. Other executive producers include Nigel Marchant, Gareth Neame, Joanna Strevens, Jennifer Gabler Rawlings, and Christine A Sacani. A release date is yet to be announced by the makers.
