Arnold Schwarzenegger turns 77, publishes a free e-book

The actor and former bodybuilder took to social media to share the news

Veteran Hollywood actor and former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, who turned 77 on Tuesday, took to his social media account to announce that he has written a free e-book. The e-book, titled Arnold Schwarzenegger's 77 Lessons, will cover Schwarzenegger's life lessons.

The Terminator star also posted a thank-you note, saying, "Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the birthday love." The e-book can be downloaded using a link that is provided in the post.

Schwarzenegger's son-in-law, actor Chris Pratt, also posted a birthday wish, saying, "Happy Birthday Arnold! You’re one of a kind. Looking forward to another year of sage advice, good cigars, chess whoopings and hand feeding homemade cookies to the many barn animals that live in your kitchen." The actor is best known for starring in the Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World trilogies, as well as the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. He is married to Katherine Schwarzenegger, Arnold's eldest daughter.
