CE Features

Kate Beckinsale, James Cromwell, and Scott Eastwood have signed up for Stolen Girl from director James Kent. Production on the film is underway in the Apulia region of Italy. It is based on the story of Maureen Dabbagh, an American woman who searched for her missing daughter for a long time. Her own father kidnapped Dabbagh's daughter and took her to the Middle East.

Kas Graham and Rebecca Pollock are the screenwriters of the film. Monika Bacardi and Andrea Iervolino of the Italian company ILBE are producing the film, alongside Scott Lambert, Luca Matrundola, and Frida Torresblanco.

“I’m thrilled to be shooting once again in Apulia, a versatile land that I love and that always manages to cater to our needs,” said Iervolino in a recent statement.

A Voltage Pictures co-production, Stolen Girl's principal photography is set to begin soon in Italy. A major part of the thriller will be filmed in Italy, which also served as a location for ILBE's Amber Heard starrer In the Fire.
