Matilda De Angelis and Zoë Bleu onboard Luc Besson's Dracula – A Love Tale

Earlier, we reported that Luc Besson is directing a Dracula film, with Caleb Landry Jones attached to star in it and Christoph Waltz in talks for a role. Now, Zoë Bleu and Matilda De Angelis have joined the cast of Dracula – A Love Tale. Meanwhile, the successful negotiation between Waltz's representatives and the film's makers means that Waltz is also part of the project now.

Landry Jones is reportedly playing the titular character, and Waltz is essaying a priest's role. Besson's film is reportedly in its pre-production phase, and it will go on floors this May in France. The makers are in the process of casting more actors for the project.

According to reports, Besson's interpretation of Bram Stoker's Dracula includes a prequel element, exploring Prince Vladimir's romance with his spouse. Besson is producing it through his eponymous banner, along with co-producer EuropaCorp.

Dracula – A Love Tale is the biggest film in Bleu’s body of work, which also includes titles such as The Institute, Gonzo Girl, and Signs Of Love. On the other hand, Angelis is best known for her roles in The Undoing and Rose Island.
