Lea Seydoux and Josh O'Connor to star in Separate Rooms

Actors Lea Seydoux and Josh O'Connor are joining forces for an upcoming film titled Separate Rooms, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Luca Guadagnino. Notably, O'Connor has previously worked with Guadagnino on Challengers, a film that also stars Zendaya and Mike Faist.

Separate Rooms is an adaptation of the 1989 novel by Pier Vittorio Tondelli. It tells the story of an Italian writer, Leo and his relationship with his translator, Thomas. While O'Connor will seen as Leo, the details about Seydoux's role are yet to be revealed.

Adapted for the screen by Francesca Manieri, Separate Rooms will be produced by Lorenzo Mieli.

Seydoux, who is currently seen as Margot Fenring in Denis Villeneuve's Dune: Part Two, has a slew of feature credits in her name, including Blue Is the Warmest Colour, The Lobster, The French Dispatch, and One Fine Morning, among others.

Meanwhile, O'Connor's other popular acting credits include Emma, Netflix's The Crown, Mothering Sunday and Aisha, among others.
