On Wednesday, Jio Cinema announced that the latest instalment in the Fast and Furious franchise, Fast X, will premiere on the platform on September 18. Apart from English, the film will also be available to stream in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
The tenth instalment in the Fast & Furious franchise the film is presented in two parts. The first part of the film was released on May 19. The second part of the film is scheduled to hit the theatres on April 4, 2025.
The film brings back cast members from previous films like Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Ludacris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Jason Statham, John Cena and Scott Eastwood, with Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. Jason Momoa was brought into the franchise as the primary antagonist.
Fast X is directed by Louis Leterrier and is produced by Neal H Moritz, Vin Diesel, Justin Lin, Jeff Kirschenbaum and Samantha Vincent.
