The cast of Mike Flanagan's next is getting bigger, as actors Matthew Lillard, Harvey Guillén has joined the cast of the filmmaker's upcoming project The Life of Chuck. The film also stars Tom Hiddleston, Mark Hamill, Chiwetel Ejiodar, Karen Gillan and Jacob Tremblay.

Apart from the said cast, The Life of Chuck will also feature Mike’s regulars like Kate Siegel, Samantha Sloyan, Rahul Kohli, Matt Biedel, Sauriyan Sapkota, among others.

The production commenced in Alabama earlier in October, with an interim agreement. Like most of Mike’s works, The Life of Chuck will also be an adaptation of a literary work. It is based on Stephen King’s one of the three interconnected stories of the author's anthology If It Bleeds. The story revolves around Charles Krantz's life, but in reverse, starting from his death at 39 to his childhood living in a haunted house.

Mike Flanagan will also be producing the film along with Trevor Macy under the banner of Intrepid Pictures.
